So I have a few things going on right now... and they are all taking longer than I'd like because I go back and forth between them.
1. My very first clay sculpture! Inspired by the famous "Venus/Woman of Willendorf." I have always loved this piece, and I am sort of creating a three-dimensional version of my Venus ink prints... Venus ink print.
2. A Mixed Media Painting inspired by Alice in Wonderland... I am excited by the progress of this painting! It's just very time-consuming and tedious.
3. My traditional acrylic style painting inspired by Pyramid Head from Silent Hill for my little bro-in-law.
4. Mixed Media Painting for my little bro-in-law's girlfriend... something different using an actual printed picture with added elements surrounding it.
Soon I will be creating two family tree murals in my hallway... one for my side of the family, and one for my hubby's side.
I also we creating a trio of framed photography for my younger brother who just moved into the city. He's super excited about this move, and he should be! It's a huge step for him, and a good one I believe! So we will be creating three shots... two of particular city pubs he loves, and the third will be a close up on his favorite beer Duvel. I might also be creating a multi-canvas painting for along his stairs... we'll see how everything unfolds.
So lots of things in the works lol plus the Philadelphia Flower Show is coming up! Lots of pictures to be taken! I'm so happy that the theme has changed from Europe... for three years in a row, the theme was European of some sort, and now it's Hawaii! Can't wait!
