These shots are from the Infamous Snow Storm of February 2010, the camera caught the falling snow amazingly! I was so excited when I saw it :o) The drawings are the two I talked about that I sent to my brother. I was happy with Kratos from "God of War," but not so much with King Brian. It looks like it was drawn by Napoleon Dynamite lol. But it had been a LONG time since I had drawn... I get out of the groove, and I have to get back in again!

These are from the Annual Philadelphia Flower Show - Passport to the World which of course got me crazy excited for Spring :o)

Updates

So its been alittle bit since I posted here...

My creativity has been as always indefinitely put on hold. I try to get it out when I feel it, but I feel I could be doing so much more! I need self confidence back badly. I did draw a couple of pieces for my brother who's currently in Boot Camp for the National Guard. I like to send my love to him by how he knows me best. Which is drawing and writing. I drew him King Brian from 'Darby O'Gill and the Little People' which is an old and cute Irish movie that is tradition every St. Patrick's Day. Second, I drew him Kratos from "God of War" because the new videogame just came out, and it was unbelievably amazing! And he loves that game also. So I was inspired to draw him. I also wrote him a short story. I was actually proud the way it came out. I just let my mind go while listening to Ali Farka Toure, and it went! LOL! I might put a copy on here... but then I'd be opening myself up to criticism and insults. Sounds cynical lol but I can't afford any more beatings to my self esteem. A month or so ago I did purchase a new and beautiful piece of machinery. My Canon 50D DSLR Camera. Its majestic... and overwhelming. I need to pursue this. I want to go to school for this. I have to believe I can do it. I don't want to do nothing with my life. I did get some pictures of the Infamous Snow Storm of February 2010 and the Philadelphia Flower Show despite not having much knowledge of my beautiful beast of a camera. Some shots turned out fantastic, and some didn't. I have so much to learn! I want to know everything! And I want to start learning like yesterday!
